How LoadBetter works

LoadBetter runs the carrier-facing booking workflow for shippers, freight brokers, and 3PLs. Your TMS stays the system of record.

Step by step

1. Create the load in LoadBetter, or import it — TMS integrations, including Revenova, are in development
2. Invite or upload your approved carriers into your private network
3. Choose the audience: publish privately to the carriers you choose, or open the load to the Public Marketplace
4. Collect bids, counteroffers, and Book Now responses on the same load
5. Compare offers alongside authority, insurance, and approval status
6. Award the load and confirm the booking
7. Track the load in the LoadBetter web app while load tracking and driver status updates are in development
